Testora provides standardized test simulation services, including but not limited to mock exams, AI-powered scoring, and performance analytics. Our service is designed to help students prepare for various standardized tests.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Payment and Credits
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for AI-powered scoring and feedback. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your selected plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the service

10. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by sending us an email. No questions aseked, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the tests for your exam access. After this period or once significant usage has occurred, refunds will no longer be available due to the digital nature of the product. If you experience any technical issues or believe you qualify for a special case refund, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to help.
